Childcare Vouchers and Government Tax Free Childcare
Zone All Sports and Care accept Childcare vouchers and the Government Tax Free Childcare payments.
Our simple booking steps:
​To book any of our sessions using the above method is very simple.

Select the sessions you want and select the voucher as your payment method.

Note the amount due and transfer this amount via your provider.

Be sure the enter any reference numbers you have before completing your booking.

Please note you must make payment immediately to avoid your booking being cancelled automatically and your unique code being cancelled.
All bookings made using a booking code will be closely monitored and you may be asked to send proof of payment.
Each code will expire at the end of each term and your code will be checked against the money received. Those that fail to make the correct payments may be excluded from paying via this method.
Each code will expire at the end of each academic year.

At this moment in time, we are unable to accept any other childcare voucher provider, however, we will be adding more over the coming months so please let us know your provider and we may be able to register with them.
To use Edenred Vouchers

To pay using electronic Childcare Vouchers, please use our Carer Account Number, P21304003 and we will automatically receive payment and we will issue you with a code.

For example, if you pay £212 in we will issue a code such as: SMITH212. You will then enter this code in the voucher code space upon booking and it will deduct the amount you paid.
To use Fidelity Vouchers
Visit www.fideliti.co.uk
Log in and request payments to be made to Zone All Sports and Care (ZON005C).
From your online account, you can also set up a regular payment so that payments are automatically made each week/month.

Once you have paid the childcare vouchers we will automatically receive payment and we will issue you with a code.
For example, if you pay £212 in we will issue a code such as: SMITH212. You will then enter this code in the voucher code space upon booking and it will deduct the amount you paid.
Please note if you ever book a ‘late session’ for any afterschool club the snack can not be paid for in this way. However, the snack is included in the full session.
